Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery times

• Beirut: same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

• Outside Beirut: delivery normally takes 2–3 business days.

Remote areas may require additional time or delivery fees.

Delivery area

ForgeTech currently delivers within Lebanon only.

Shipping fees

Orders above $99 USD qualify for free shipping. Orders below $99 USD are charged $5 USD, depending on the delivery area. The exact applicable fee is shown at checkout.

Order confirmation and tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation containing your order number, estimated delivery time, and tracking information when available.

Receiving your order

A signature is required on delivery. Please inspect the package when it arrives and contact us immediately if there is visible damage or another delivery issue.
