* If your order has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
* If the customer refuses to accept delivery, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any future store credit (if applicable).

We offer replacements only in the following cases:
* Wrong item received
* Product is defective or not working upon arrival
